The Redhead Surf Life Saving Club, established in 1908, is situated here, providing patrolled safety during the warmer months. Amenities include accessible parking, picnic tables, a kiosk, and both indoor and outdoor showers. The beach is also pet-friendly, with designated areas for dogs to roam. For those interested in 4WD driving, permits are available for sand driving between Awabakal and Jewel Streets. Please note that beach camping is no longer permitted, but beach fires are allowed with specific conditions.
