QUT Creative Industries Precinct

The QUT Creative Industries Precinct at Kelvin Grove is a dynamic hub for the arts, fostering collaboration among students and professionals across disciplines such as dance, drama, music, visual arts, creative writing, and animation. Housed in a six-storey, five-star Green Star building, the precinct features state-of-the-art facilities, including large dance studios, performance spaces, and a black box R&D studio for audio, video, and data streaming. Designed by Richard Kirk Architect and Hassell, the precinct encourages artistic collaboration and engagement, setting a new benchmark for Australian universities.
