Situated at the corner of Quinns Road and Ocean Drive, the Quinns Mindarie Community Centre offers versatile spaces for various events. The first floor features a 282m² function room, a 64m² training room, a 27m² meeting room, and a 16m² office, all accessible via stairs or lift. On the ground floor, a 63m² playgroup room and an outdoor area cater to families and community groups. Please note, bookings are unavailable from July 1, 2025, as the City collaborates with the Quinns Mindarie Surf Life Saving Club to enhance facility usage.
