Queenstown Swimming Pool

The Queenstown Swimming Pool, located on the Esplanade in central Queenstown, offers a heated outdoor swimming experience with water maintained at a comfortable 29°C. Open seasonally from December 1 to March 31, the pool features public showers, change rooms, and toilets. In colder weather, if the outside temperature drops below 16°C, the pool remains closed. Entry fees are set at $4.50 for children (5 years and up), $6.50 for adults (16 years and up), and $4.50 for concession holders. Family passes are available for $14.50. The facility is managed by the West Coast Council, with qualified lifeguards and pool attendants ensuring safety.
