Queens Park Ipswich

Queens Park, established in 1864, is one of Queensland's oldest parks, offering a rich heritage experience in Ipswich. The expansive grounds feature a playground inspired by the city's coal mining history, complete with a flying fox, fixed model train, Liberty Swing for wheelchair users, and water pumps for cooling off. Adjacent to the playground, the Ipswich Nature Centre showcases native Australian animals like wombats, bilbies, and quolls.
