Nestled just two minutes from Bendigo's city center, Quarry Hill Golf Club offers an 18-hole sand green course set among ironbark trees and Bendigo wax flowers. The undulating layout provides panoramic views of the city and surrounding bushland. The course is at its best during the winter months when the golden wattle trees shower the course in yellow splendour. Club days are on Saturday and Wednesday, open to members and golfers from affiliated clubs. Social golf days are held throughout the summer, along with Thursday night 9-hole twilight golf. Visitors are welcome to play on payment of a nominal green fee, with an honesty payment system at the clubhouse.
