The 10-bedroom bluestone house is set on a 170-hectare property with a 2-kilometer frontage to Lake Purrumbete. Its Great Hall is renowned for its Art Nouveau interiors, featuring six murals by Heidelberg School artist Walter Withers, depicting the Manifold family's settlement. The homestead also includes restored living quarters, three renovated cottages, and historic outbuildings such as a coach house, blacksmith’s shop, and stables.
