Purga Nature Reserve

Purga Nature Reserve, located at 840 Middle Road, Purga, Queensland, is a 140-hectare conservation area renowned for its national significance. Established in 1997 through the Ipswich Enviroplan Levy, it protects one of the last stands of critically endangered Swamp Tea-tree. Visitors can enjoy easy strolls along the all-abilities boardwalk, immersing themselves in the natural sights and sounds of this unique reserve.
