Power Neighbourhood House, established in 1984, is a community-managed charity dedicated to fostering connections and enhancing mental health within the Ashwood area. Located at 54 Power Avenue, it offers a welcoming environment for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. The centre provides a variety of programs, including yoga, chair-based yoga, art and craft classes, and creative art sessions for children. Operating Monday to Wednesday from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm, and Friday from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm, it serves as a hub for learning, skill-sharing, and community engagement.
