Established in 1971, the Port Pirie Netball Association is a cornerstone of the local community, offering netball competitions for all ages and skill levels. Matches are held at the Malycha-Hutchison Netball Complex and the John Pirie Secondary School Gymnasium. The association emphasizes fair play, player support, and a competitive spirit, fostering a welcoming environment for both beginners and seasoned players. Affiliated clubs include Blue Wren, Central/Risdon, Chequers, Mid North Christian College, Port, Saint Marks Celtic, and Solomontown. The association also runs the Coloured Shirt Program to support and develop umpires.
