Established in 1920, Port Pirie Bowling Club offers a welcoming environment for bowlers of all ages. The club features 15 synthetic grass rinks and a licensed bar within its clubhouse. Located on Mary Elie Street, opposite the Community Swimming Pool and TAFE College, the greens are open six days a week, inviting visiting bowlers to join in. During summer, Open Gender Mid Week Pennants are held on Wednesdays at 1:30 pm, Ladies Pennants on Thursday mornings at 9:30 am, and Saturday Men's Pennants at 1:30 pm. Winter activities include Wednesday and Saturday Social Bowls Tournaments starting at 1:00 pm, with names in by 12:30 pm. Night Owls Social Bowls take place each Thursday evening from 7 pm during summer. The club's facilities are also available for hire, with bowls provided. Whether you're a seasoned bowler or new to the sport, the Port Pirie Bowling Club offers a friendly and social atmosphere for all.
