The venue offers an 'apolytivo' hour with affordable wine, beers, cocktails, and snacks, Monday to Thursday from 5pm-6pm and Friday from 4pm-6pm. Situated on the ground level of the Paramount House building at 74-76 Commonwealth Street, Surry Hills, Poly welcomes both reservations and walk-ins. Operating hours are Monday to Thursday from 5pm until late, Friday from 12pm until late, and Saturday from 5pm until late. Please note, Poly is fully licensed and does not permit BYO.
