Phoenix Central Park is a unique performance space in Chippendale, Sydney, envisioned by philanthropist Judith Neilson AM. The venue comprises a private art gallery and a striking performance area, seamlessly blending visual and performing arts. Designed by John Wardle Architects and Durbach Block Jaggers, the building features a distinctive curved "bell" structure and a gallery with off-form concrete walls and timber accents. The performance space, known as The Nest, offers an intimate setting for up to 150 guests, hosting a diverse range of free events accessible through a ballot system.
