Perisher XC Centre

Nestled in Perisher Valley, the Perisher Cross Country (PXC) Centre offers an extensive network of cross-country ski trails, catering to all skill levels. With up to 50 kilometers of groomed trails, skiers can enjoy both classic and skate skiing on natural, rolling terrain. The centre features the Sverre Kaaten Nordic Shelter, providing a warm and well-appointed public day centre for all users. Located adjacent to the Nordic Shelter, the trail-head offers easy access to the ski trail network. The centre is conveniently situated within easy access of the Ski Tube, medical, and shopping facilities. Throughout the winter season, the PXC Centre hosts a variety of events, including races and citizen events, catering to both recreational and competitive skiers. The Cross Country Ski Week, held in the first full week of August, features events like the Night Relays and the KAC race from Perisher Valley to Charlotte's Pass. Additionally, the centre hosts two internationally recognized FIS races annually, along with National and State Championship events.
