Executive Chef Sailesh Vala crafts dishes inspired by seasonal, local, and sustainable produce, incorporating freshly picked herbs and vegetables from the resort's kitchen garden. The menu features native plants like Saltbush, Lemon Myrtle, and Warrigal Greens, reflecting the region's natural bounty. Guests can enjoy a selection of cool-climate, award-winning wines from local vineyards such as Paringa Estate, Kerri Greens, and Foxeys Hangout, or indulge in an exciting cocktail menu. The restaurant is open to everyone, not just golfers or club members, and maintains a smart casual dress code. Winter trading hours are Thursday to Saturday, 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm, with the kitchen closing at 8:30 pm.
