Pattemore House, also known as Fairview, is a heritage-listed farmhouse located at 15 Porter's Lane, North Maleny. Built in 1907 by the Pattemore family, it is one of the oldest surviving examples of early 20th-century farmhouses in the district. Constructed entirely from locally sourced white beech timber, the house features four rooms under the main roof, with verandas encircling the structure. The property is surrounded by gardens, paddocks, and fruit trees, reflecting the family's dedication to horticulture. The Friends of Pattemore House, a dedicated volunteer group, manage the property, offering open days, historical displays, and private tours to the public. The house is open to visitors each Friday from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon and on the last Saturday of each month (except December) from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Admission is $5.00, with children under 12 admitted free. Afternoon teas are available on the spacious verandas, providing a delightful setting to relax and enjoy the historic ambiance.
