The arena boasts a seating capacity of 5,500, with additional temporary seating bringing the total to 7,000. It features a distinctive PTFE glass fiber fabric roof that allows natural light to permeate, enhancing the spectator experience. The complex includes 23 International Tennis Federation standard courts, offering a mix of clay, grass, and cushion acrylic surfaces—the first in Australia to provide all three Grand Slam surfaces. Additional amenities encompass a pro shop, changing rooms, meeting and function spaces, and administrative offices for Tennis Queensland.
