They offer naturally leavened sourdough pizzas, complemented by a selection of pasta and side dishes, all crafted in-house using locally sourced produce. The venue features a balanced wine and cocktail list, creating an honest and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The interior boasts bottle-green tiles, potted plants, ironbark bench tops, and vintage print tiles, enhancing its rustic charm. Signature dishes include the 'Nino’s' pizza, topped with shredded mozzarella, salami, pancetta, leg ham, chicken sausage, and BBQ relish. For dessert, the rocky-road calzone filled with marshmallow, cherry, macadamias, and ice cream is a must-try. Pan & Vine operates Tuesday to Thursday and Sunday from 5 pm to 9 pm, Friday from 12 pm to 10 pm, and Saturday from 5 pm to 10 pm. They are closed on Mondays.
