Nestled within Munmorah State Conservation Area, Palms picnic area offers a serene retreat surrounded by lush cabbage tree palms. This secluded spot features free gas barbecues and accessible picnic tables, making it ideal for a relaxing meal. After dining, embark on the nearby Palms circuit track, a short loop through the rainforest that begins and ends at the picnic area. The park operates from 5:30 am to 9 pm during daylight saving time and 5:30 am to 6 pm at other times, with an entry fee of $8 per vehicle per day.
