Packer Park Velodrome, located at 118 Leila Road in Carnegie, Victoria, is a historic 367-meter cycling track that has been a training ground for Olympic athletes since the 1950s. The track features a modern plexipave surface, an inner flat track, and a run-off area, accommodating both seasoned cyclists and beginners. Open to the public during daylight hours, except during club training times and race days, the velodrome is home to the Carnegie Caulfield Cycling Club, one of Australia's largest cycling clubs. Recent upgrades include a new cycling pavilion, set to be completed by January 2026, offering facilities such as a club room, storage, bike wash area, kiosk, and accessible toilets.
