The Black Range lies to the north, and expansive plains of the Western District unfold to the south. Accessible by car, bike, or on foot, the summit features picnic tables, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the 360-degree vistas. The area is also known for its historical significance, with a monument erected by the Rotary Club of Ararat in memory of the district's pioneers.
