One Drop Brewing Co, located at 5 Erith Street in Botany, NSW 2019, is South Sydney's first microbrewery, established in 2019. The brewery's taproom, housed in a converted warehouse, features a beer garden adorned with festoon lights and banana trees, creating a relaxed, family- and dog-friendly atmosphere. The venue offers a rotating selection of eight beers on tap, including the flagship Botany Bay Lager, a crisp pilsner, XPA, IPA, and experimental fruit-based sours. Food trucks are present every weekend, and live local music enhances the vibrant community vibe. Operating hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 12 PM to 9 PM, Friday and Saturday from 12 PM to 10 PM, and Sunday from 12 PM to 8 PM.
