Founded by three Rockpool Melbourne alumni—chefs Declan Carroll and Dean Stagno, and sommelier Pierre-Marie Caillaud—the restaurant offers a menu that evolves with the seasons, emphasizing fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Signature dishes include duck croquettes and lamb ribs, many prepared using a Big Green Egg charcoal grill. The wine list features a curated selection of European and Australian varietals, complemented by a range of spirits and non-alcoholic options. The intimate setting is ideal for various occasions, from casual gatherings to special celebrations. Omen is open for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays from 5:30 pm, with a happy hour from 5:30 pm to 7 pm. BYO is available for a corkage fee of $30 per bottle.
