Olympus Studio is a versatile two-level creative space in Penrith, NSW, ideal for content creation, photography, branding, workshops, and marketing. The upper level features an industrial-chic aesthetic with concrete walls, black curtains, chrome furnishings, and a 6x motorized backdrop system, perfect for high-impact shoots. The ground level offers a bright, minimalist environment with a 6x6m window providing ample natural light, arched doorways, and comfortable seating. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom, portable JBL Party Box Speaker, clothing rack, steamer, Godox lighting, Yongnuo portable LED lighting, and extension cords. The studio accommodates up to 25 people with a minimum booking of one hour. Operating hours vary from 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM, depending on the day. Health and safety measures include thorough cleaning between sessions and events. Cancellation policy allows for a full refund up to 90 days before the event start time. Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy, offering a full refund for cancellations within 24 hours of booking confirmation but no later than 48 hours before the event start time.
