The Old Macaroni Factory, established in 1859 by Italian immigrants Pietro and Giacomo Lucini, is a heritage-listed building in Hepburn Springs, Victoria. Constructed in a Palladian style, it features a central two-storey pavilion flanked by single-storey wings. The interior boasts extensive hand-painted murals by Giacomo Lucini, depicting themes of family and political support for Giuseppe Mazzini. The building served as a macaroni factory, family residence, and, between 1864 and 1870, as the Roma Hotel. Today, it operates as Lucini's Historic Pasta Café, offering Italian cuisine and guided fresco tours.
