Old Bar Park offers a delightful blend of relaxation and recreation. The northern area features picnic shelters, BBQs, and a playground, complemented by ample parking and a seasonal kiosk. On the southern side, visitors can access the beach, enjoy the Surf Lifesaving Club, utilize public amenities, and have fun at the skate park. The beach is patrolled during the swimming season (October to April) by both professional lifeguards (during school holidays) and volunteer surf lifesavers on weekends and public holidays. Located at the end of Old Bar Road, the park also houses a small prefab concrete skatepark suitable for beginners.
