This self-contained lodge features three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area. In winter, it provides semi ski-in ski-out access, placing guests minutes from Smiggins' ski runs and restaurants. During summer, the lodge serves as an ideal base for exploring alpine walks, bike trails, and fishing spots between Jindabyne and Charlotte Pass. Amenities include a gas barbecue, heating, and a washing machine. Please note, a $300 security bond is required upon arrival.
