Northern Memorial Park

Northern Memorial Park, located at 56 Box Forest Road, Glenroy VIC 3046, is a serene sanctuary nestled between Merlynston and Campbellfield Creeks. The park features tranquil lakes and waterways, fostering a rich habitat for diverse plant and bird species. The main entrance on Box Forest Road provides access to the expansive 46-hectare River Red Gum Precinct, a unique memorial landscape flourishing with native flora and fauna. Visitors can explore various burial options, including lawn graves, monumental graves, and private mausolea, as well as cremation and memorialisation services like boulder memorials, garden memorials, and wall niches. The Commemoration Centre and Café offer a peaceful setting for reflection, serving refreshments and fresh flowers daily. The park is open daily from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, with extended hours during daylight saving time.
