The North East Neighbourhood House Network (NENHN) is a collaborative association of 35 vibrant neighbourhood houses and learning centres across Melbourne's north-eastern municipalities, including Banyule, Darebin, Nillumbik, Whittlesea, and Yarra. Operating under a social justice framework, NENHN strengthens and supports its members by openly sharing ideas and resources, providing professional development, promotion, advocacy, and support to create stronger communities. Their work is guided by ten Community Development principles, such as Community Ownership, Empowerment, and Life-Long Learning. NENHN also facilitates individual support, regional collaboration, and representation on regional issues to various levels of government.
