The Nimbin Show Grounds, located at 33-37 Cecil Street, Nimbin, NSW 2480, offer a welcoming camping experience just a short walk from the village. Guests can choose between powered and non-powered sites, with facilities including a camp kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, sink, and free electric barbecue. Additional amenities feature toilets, hot showers, a rotary clothesline, and a dedicated dump point for motorhome users. Camping operates on a first-come, first-served basis without prior bookings, and campers are encouraged to arrive before dark for safety. The maximum stay is seven nights. Notably, during the annual Nimbin Roots Festival (October 24–26, 2025), camping fees are $30 per person per night. For the MardiGrass Festival (May 2–4, 2025), a three-night camping package is available for $150 per person, which includes entry to all MardiGrass events. Children aged 12 and under camp for free. Please note that camping is unavailable from September 16 to 23 due to preparations for the annual Nimbin Show.
