Niky is a pint-sized, shell pink wine bar nestled in a converted garage at 64 Doggett Street, Newstead. Its arched interior features pink textured concrete walls and an LED-lit display of boutique wines. The owners, also behind nearby Salt, serve customers, recommend wines, and create a convivial neighborhood atmosphere. Wines, predominantly from small-batch Australian producers, are available by the glass, complemented by boutique beers and digestifs. An open kitchen prepares share plates like kingfish crudo, stracciatella & crumpets, duck breast & lettuce cup, and tagliatelle miso. Niky operates on a walk-in basis, with limited street parking available.
