The Niddrie Hub Neighbourhood Centre offers a versatile space for community events, accommodating up to 200 guests. Its main hall features vinyl flooring, ducted heating, and air conditioning. The commercial kitchen is equipped with a hot water urn, industrial stove, industrial dishwasher, and fridge. Additional amenities include male and female toilets, wheelchair access with an accessible toilet, a large car park, 28 trestle tables (1800mm x 720mm), and 200 chairs. The centre is available for hire daily, except during the Christmas shutdown period from December 21 to January 8. Regular hire rates are $22.05 per hour or $161.70 per day for community groups, and $47.25 per hour or $349.65 per day for all other hirers. Casual hire rates are $38.85 per hour or $291.90 per day for community groups, and $78.75 per hour or $566.80 per day for all other hirers.
