
Nepabunna, also known as Nipapanha, is a small community in the northern Flinders Ranges of South Australia, approximately 600 kilometers north of Adelaide. Established in 1931 as the Nepabunna Mission, it became the Nepabunna Community Council in 1998. The area is home to the Adnyamathanha people, who continue to preserve their rich cultural heritage. The community offers cultural tours, housing repairs, and maintenance services. Access is via the main Copley to Balcanoona road.
