Nestled in Nannup's heritage-listed Roads Board Office, the Nannup Historical Society & Museum showcases the town's rich past through an extensive collection of over 3,000 photographs, documents, and artifacts. Open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, the museum offers rotating displays that delve into Nannup's evolution, from early settlement to modern times. Archives include records on the timber industry, electoral rolls dating back to 1901, World War I and II enlistments, police station staffing, old telephone and post office directories, burial records from Nannup Cemetery, and local family histories. Visitors can also explore the Nannup Heritage Trail, a self-guided walk highlighting 51 significant historical sites throughout the town. The Society welcomes donations of old photographs and relevant materials to preserve Nannup's history for future generations.
