Located in the Jubilee Park Precinct, it offers programs such as Women's and Men's Groups, Community Lunches, Kirrup Playtime, and cultural events. The centre also provides a community garden project, cooking workshops, and excursions to foster cultural learning and community engagement. Open Monday to Wednesday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Thursday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
