Nestled in natural bushland adjacent to the Barrabool Flora and Fauna Reserve, Murtoa Golf Club offers an 18-hole sand scrape course with fairways bordered by native shrubs and trees. The course measures 5,739 meters with a par of 72 for men and 5,106 meters with a par of 73 for women. Open from April to September, it hosts its major tournament in August. Visitors are welcome to play or join competitions held on Saturdays and Sundays at noon, and Tuesdays at 10 am. The clubhouse provides a bar, snacks, and showers for members and guests.
