Murgheboluc Recreation Reserve

Nestled in Murgheboluc, Victoria, the Murgheboluc Recreation Reserve offers a picturesque setting for community events and leisure activities. The historic bluestone Murgheboluc Hall, built in 1855, features a spacious main room with wooden floorboards and a high ceiling, complemented by a small stage and fireplace. The hall's extension includes a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a storage area. The surrounding reserve boasts an oval, children's playground with swings and a slide, picnic tables, and ample space for marquees and food vans. The area is also home to the Murgheboluc Cricket Club, which hosts matches on the reserve's grounds. The reserve is managed by the Murgheboluc Hall Committee under the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning. Water is sourced from on-site rainwater tanks.
