
Moy-Yan Neighbourhood House, formerly known as Bunyip & District Community House, is a not-for-profit community-based association located in Garfield, Victoria. Established to promote well-being, it offers a range of health, lifestyle, and learning activities designed to foster social inclusion for members of Garfield and surrounding communities. The name "Moy-Yan" is derived from the Bunurong Land Council Aboriginal Corporation, representing the silver wattle tree prominent throughout the West Gippsland region. The venue provides various programs, including Women's Shed, personal development, community development, health and well-being, social groups, school holiday programs, adult education, computer training, recreational programs, community outings, arts and crafts, and food relief. Regular services include community information, free computer access with Microsoft Office, free internet access, printing, photocopying, binding, and Justice of the Peace services. The house is situated at the Garfield Recreation Reserve (Garfield Pool Building) on Beswick Street. Operating hours are Monday to Friday from 10 am to 3 pm; it remains closed on weekends.
