Nestled in the Adelaide Hills, Mount Lofty Botanic Garden spans 97 hectares of cool-climate flora, including magnolias, rhododendrons, and camellias. Visitors can explore various walking trails, such as the Lakeside Loop, Lower Loop, and Central Loop, each offering unique botanical displays and varying levels of difficulty. The garden also features sculptures with environmental themes along the Lakeside Trail. Wildlife like kangaroos, bandicoots, and koalas inhabit the area, enhancing the natural experience.
