Managed by Scouts NSW, the camp serves as a training centre for Scout leaders and hosts various groups, including bird watchers, school and youth groups, conference attendees, and wedding parties. Surrounded by lush rainforest and adjacent to national parks, the camp offers a serene environment for diverse activities. As of June 2025, the camp is closed for maintenance and repairs, with plans to reopen later in 2024.
