Established over a century ago, Morningside Scout Group is one of Queensland's original Scout Dens, offering a safe and engaging environment for youth aged 6 to 18. Located within Balmoral Park, the Den provides expansive facilities for various Scouting activities. The group comprises four sections: Joeys (6–8 years), Cubs (8–10 years), Scouts (11–15 years), and Venturers (15–18 years), each with tailored programs led by dedicated volunteer leaders. The Scouts meet every Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, participating in activities like hiking, camping, and canoeing.
