They run a flock of 5,000 Merino ewes, focusing on breeding highly fertile sheep that are productive and efficient in intensive grazing systems. The farm emphasizes animal welfare, land stewardship, and wool quality, aligning with programs like ZQ Merino and the Responsible Wool Standard. Mooralla Merino also produces mutton and hogget, supplying local restaurants and the public.
