Nestled at the foot of the Moonbi Ranges, the Moonbi Recreation Grounds serve as a vibrant hub for equine sports enthusiasts. The venue hosts the local pony club, dressage events, team penning, horse-drawn carriage activities, and paceway training. The grounds are equipped with essential facilities, including toilets, change rooms, lighting, and ample parking. While the canteen is not available, visitors can enjoy picnic facilities and the pet-friendly environment. Managed by the Moonbi War Memorial Hall and Recreation Reserve Committee, the grounds are available for bookings and are located at 49–73 Gill Street, Moonbi.
