The Moon Valley Rim Circuit Walk is a 3.4 km loop in Tasmania's Blue Tier Forest Reserve, offering a moderate hike through diverse landscapes. Starting at the Poimena day-use area, the trail gently ascends Mount Poimena (816m), providing panoramic views of the Blue Tier region and the northeastern coast. The path winds through open tea tree and beech groves, leading to the historic Gough Battery tin mine. The return journey follows Sun Flats Road back to the trailhead and picnic area.
