Montagu Bay Reserve, located at 20A Rosny Esplanade, is a picturesque community park offering a serene setting along the Derwent River. Dogs are permitted off-lead but must remain under effective control and stay at least 10 meters away from play equipment. The reserve is part of the Clarence Foreshore Trail, a 3.3 km walking and cycling path that offers scenic views and connects to Kangaroo Bay Parklands.
