Minburra is a rural locality in South Australia's Yorke and Mid North region, approximately 265 kilometers north of Adelaide and 29 kilometers northeast of Orroroo. Established on December 16, 1999, it encompasses the former government town of Gallwey, which ceased to exist in 1944. The area is primarily dedicated to agricultural production and livestock grazing on expansive holdings. As of the 2016 Australian census, Minburra had a population of zero residents. The locality falls within the federal division of Grey, the state electoral district of Stuart, and the local government area of the District Council of Orroroo Carrieton.
