The Main Hall boasts a licensed capacity of 120 people, accommodating 90 seated at trestle tables, and includes a stage area. The Supper Room has a licensed capacity of 70 people. Both rooms are equipped with kitchen facilities. Managed by the Milang & District Community Association Inc., the Institute is available for hire by local individuals and community organizations.
