Middle Camp Beach

Middle Camp Beach, located in Catherine Hill Bay, NSW, is a serene 1.5 km stretch of east-facing shoreline bordered by headlands and rock platforms. The beach is divided into two sandy sections, with the northern end known as Middle Camp Beach. The area is rich in history, with the original mining cottages from the 19th and early 20th centuries still lining the streets. Visitors can enjoy activities such as swimming, surfing, and fishing, with the southern end patrolled by the Catherine Hill Bay Surf Life Saving Club. The beach is accessible via parking areas near the cemetery to the north and near the surf club to the south.
