This lovingly restored stable features three bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with two single beds—two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area with a cozy wood fire. The handcrafted kitchen is fully equipped, including a full-size fridge, microwave/convection oven, four-burner gas cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. Outside, guests can enjoy a Weber BBQ, outdoor dining setting, ample parking, and a fire pit. The property is pet-friendly, with a secure dog yard and nearby grass area for supervised play. Located just a short drive from Merricks, Red Hill, and Balnarring Village, The Stables provides easy access to local cafes, wineries, shops, markets, beaches, and walking trails. Guests have complete privacy during their stay, with the main residence situated approximately 200 meters away. Covered parking is available for one vehicle, with additional parking at the front door for easy unloading. Please note that The Stables shares the property with The Hayshed, positioned about 200 meters away, ensuring privacy for both accommodations. Small daytime events are considered upon booking both accommodations, with an additional event fee. Dogs are permitted inside but must not be allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended inside. As The Stables is located on a working cattle farm, dogs should be supervised at all times and not permitted to wander. For additional provisions, guests are encouraged to visit the local supermarket in Balnarring Village, just a 10-minute drive away, or explore the peninsula's offerings of local wine, fresh produce, artisan cheese, and locally distilled gin and whisky.
