Merino Brewery, established in February 2022, is Macarthur's largest all-grain brewery, offering a diverse selection of locally crafted beers. Founded by ex-military servicemen Lee Evans and Mark Palmer, the brewery pays homage to the region's heritage by naming its beers after local landmarks and traditions. The taproom, located at 2 Forge Place, Narellan, provides a welcoming space for locals and visitors to enjoy their brews. Operating hours are Thursday 3:30–6pm, Friday 3:00–9pm, Saturday 12–9pm, and Sunday 12–5pm, with takeaways available.
